Happy Mother’s Day!

This year we are offering both a limited brunch menu and a limited dinner menu for Mother’s Day. Reservations are required so please call 307-235-5777 x1.

Brunch: served 9 am – 2 pm
All come with choice of potato (except French Toast)

Lobster Benedict – poached lobster with roasted reb pepper hollandaise and a poached egg served on a grilled English muffin.
Crab Cake Benedict – with grilled asparagus, potato croquette, a poached egg and avocado hollandaise.
Green Goddess Omelete – with asparagus, heirloom tomato, gruyere cheese and green goddess sauce.
Filet Mignon Omelete – grilled filet with wild mushrooms, onion, tomato and gouda cheese with house made hollandaise.
Chicken Fried Ribeye – tenderized ribeye in cracker meal breading and fried crisp then topped with our jalapeno sausage gravy.
Biscuit & Gravy – house made cheddar chive biscuit with jalapeno sausage gravy.
Lemon Ricotta Stuffed French Toast – with lemon icing, whipped cream and a berry compote.

Dinner: served 4 pm – 8 pm

Appetizers:
Crab Cake – baked jumbo lump crab cake with lemon butter sauce
Avocado Toast – buttery brioche toast with avocado, smoked salmon, a sherry reduction and micro herbs.

Entrees:
Tournedos Rossini – pan-seared filet mignon with garlic Dijon brioche crostini, whipped potato and a truffle madeira wine sauce. Served with roasted Brussel sprouts.

Butter Poached Lobster Tail – cold water lobster tail slow poached to perfection in white wine butter, served with asparagus, hollandaise sauce and potato croquette.

Patagonian Shrimp – grilled pink Patagonian shrimp with asparagus risotto and a roasted red pepper beurre blanc. Airline Chicken Breast – with wild mushroom ravioli in a red wine reduction sauce and prosciutto wrapped asparagus.
